By accessing or using Immersed.Design (the "Service"), operated by The Astra Group ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including but not limited to individuals, businesses, and organizations.
Important: By using our Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Immersed.Design provides an advanced 3D visualization and collaboration platform that enables users to:
- Upload and visualize 3D models, gaussian splats, and point clouds
- Create immersive stories and virtual tours
- Collaborate with team members in real-time
- Share experiences via secure links
- Conduct virtual meetings in 3D spaces
- Annotate and document 3D content
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any other credentials used to access your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security.

Users are prohibited from creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or abusing the Service.

Different subscription tiers include different storage limits. Users are responsible for managing their storage usage and may need to upgrade their plan or delete content to stay within limits.
5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
5.2 Content Restrictions
You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any User Content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy

We do not pre-screen User Content but reserve the right to remove or refuse any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

"Immersed.Design" and associated logos are trademarks of The Astra Group. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.
8.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service become our property and may be used without compensation to you.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
DISCLAIMER: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE ASTRA GROUP, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Astra Group and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.
12.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your User Content and account information after a reasonable retention period.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
14.1 Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if eligible.
14.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
